Sponsorship packages

Please note that sponsorship packages does NOT include the registration fee.

Bronze package ($300) includes:

• Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
• Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
• Mention at the banquet as a bronze sponsor.

Silver package ($1250) includes:

• Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
• Publication of a half-page advertising module in the conference program;
• Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
• The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
• Mention at the banquet as a silver sponsor;
• The opportunity to give a 15-minute talk or presentation;
• Opportunity for an exhibition stand;
• The opportunity to receive a place for a small sponsor’s stand.

Gold package ($2500) includes:

• Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
• Publication of an advertising module at 1page of the conference program;
• Placement of the sponsor’s logotype on the sponsors’ page;
• The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
• Mention at the banquet as a gold sponsor;
• The opportunity to give a 30-minute talk or presentation;
• The opportunity to receive a place for a sponsor’s stand;
• Placement of advertising in the conference hall;
• The right to organize additional activities (at an additional charge).

General Sponsor
The General Sponsor’s package is discussed on an individual basis.
