Sponsorship packages
Please note that sponsorship packages does NOT include the registration fee.
Bronze package ($300) includes:
Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
Mention at the banquet as a bronze sponsor.
Silver package ($1250) includes:
Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
Publication of a half-page advertising module in the conference program;
Placement of the sponsor’s logo on the sponsors page;
The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
Mention at the banquet as a silver sponsor;
The opportunity to give a 15-minute talk or presentation;
Opportunity for an exhibition stand;
The opportunity to receive a place for a small sponsor’s stand.
Gold package ($2500) includes:
Rotation of the sponsor’s banner on the ISDEF website;
Publication of an advertising module at 1page of the conference program;
Placement of the sponsor’s logotype on the sponsors’ page;
The opportunity to add one’s own material to conference handouts;
Mention at the banquet as a gold sponsor;
The opportunity to give a 30-minute talk or presentation;
The opportunity to receive a place for a sponsor’s stand;
Placement of advertising in the conference hall;
The right to organize additional activities (at an additional charge).
